- Mandatory Skill: CFBC Boiler Operational Experience
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical with Boiler 1st Class Certificate (AP Board Preferred)
- Ensuring CFBC Boiler field operations as per SOPs with 100% availability of boilers.
- Carrying out Boiler cold light-up, shutdown, hot start-up & hot box-up as per power & steam demand; operating valves for water level, combustion air & fuel flow as per Desk Engineer instructions.
- Monitoring gauges, panel board instruments & recorder charts; periodic checking of all safety devices.
- Ensuring smooth operation, emergency handling & troubleshooting of Boiler with its auxiliary system & Ash Handling during shift.
- Recording all critical parameters as per standard sheet & reporting deviations to seniors.
