TalentCloud360° may use job requirements and candidate information to generate matching signals, rankings, summaries, or other recruitment insights. These outputs support human review and are not final employment decisions. Recruiters, employers, and authorized users remain responsible for assessments, shortlisting, and hiring decisions.
We may share information with authorized recruiters, employers, clients, and service providers where necessary for legitimate recruitment activities, Platform operation, file storage, email delivery, hosting, or legal requirements. Recruitment submissions are kept private. If you choose to publish a Career Passport, the professional fields you approve are made publicly accessible at its shareable URL. Service providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to us.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the recruitment purpose for which it was collected, to provide the Platform, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by information type and client engagement. You may contact us to request deletion; requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services currently operated. Information submitted through forms is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections and processed through approved service providers. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Browser or hosting technologies may be used for essential functionality, security, diagnostics, and remembering session preferences. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregated website usage, such as pages visited, approximate referral source, device/browser information, and interaction patterns. Analytics storage is denied by default and the analytics tag loads only after you accept. TalentCloud360° also relies on service providers for hosting, forms, file storage, email, and recruitment operations. Their processing may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.
Resume Builder drafts, including contact details, an optional profile photo, and selections, are stored in this browser until you delete the draft or clear site data. Use a personal device. Building or downloading a resume does not submit it to our recruitment database. If you choose Save to Resume Bank and give consent, we store your structured profile and PDF in our private recruitment intake. Contact us to withdraw recruitment consent or request access, correction, or deletion, quoting your submission reference.
Career Passport publication is optional and requires a separate confirmation of visible fields. Phone numbers, email addresses, salary details, and private resume information are not included in the public passport. Passport drafts and editing access are saved in this browser separately from your resume. You can update or unpublish your Passport using this browser or a private editing link saved through Access & devices. Unpublishing removes the information from future public passport requests, but cannot recall copies that others have already downloaded or shared. Keep your editing link private; anyone who holds it can manage your passport.
