Users must provide accurate information, protect any account credentials made available to them, use the Platform only for authorized recruitment purposes, and comply with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination requirements.
Recruiters, employers, candidates, and other users are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to submit resumes, candidate records, job requirements, and other recruitment information. Users should not submit information that is excessive, misleading, confidential without authority, or unrelated to legitimate recruitment activity.
TalentCloud360° provides AI-assisted candidate matching and recruitment insights. These outputs are decision-support tools and are not intended to replace human judgment. Recruiters, employers, and authorized users remain responsible for final employment decisions.
Recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by the quality of the information provided. Users should independently review qualifications, conduct appropriate assessments, and avoid relying on an automated output as the sole basis for an employment decision.

The TalentCloud360° product, software, design, content, and related materials are owned by GVMS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to users.
The Platform may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or unavailable from time to time. GVMS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and specific service commitments apply only when stated in a separate written agreement.
Personal information is handled as described in the TalentCloud360° Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that relevant information may be processed for legitimate recruitment and service operations.
Recruitment insights and AI-assisted recommendations depend on the information available and may be incomplete or inaccurate. GVMS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate suitability, or employment results. Users remain responsible for verification and decisions.
GVMS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. may update these Terms as the Platform and services evolve. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
