Published
- BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is mandatory
- Min 5-6 years of prior industry work experience in any Alumina refinery (Essential: 3-4 years)
- Min 3-4 years of prior industry work experience specific to Red Area & Utility area operations
- Knowledge on Industrial processes & technology
- Basic Knowledge of mechanical equipments
- Knowledge on operational SOPs
- Knowledge on basics of Industrial Safety systems
- Ability to read and interpret DCS (Distributed Control System) or SCADA parameters
- Desirable: Knowledge on Bayer's Process & Alumina refining
- Awareness of Energy conservation practices & basics of Maintenance Practices
- Knowledge on troubleshooting & capability to execute emergency shutdown procedures
- Decision Making Under Pressure: Maintaining composure during process upsets or power outages
- Cross-functional Collaboration, Communication effectiveness, Effective manpower handling
