- Track vital parameters, troubleshoot deviations and manage turbine operations during shift
- Lead a team of field operators and coordinate with maintenance squads
- Ensure safe and efficient operation for quantity & quality of steam & power for refinery
- Recording critical parameters, reporting deviations and assisting in work permit system
